The shackles, paired with carabiners, allow you to hook into a variety of grip strength accessories including, rings, pull-up blocks, grip cylinders, spheres, and more. Additionally, you can mount the shackles to the front of your upright to add more variety to workouts or utilize them as a space saver to hang accessories.
