You can use dumbbells, barbells, and even EZ curl bars to isolate your biceps. The curl station is made from 2-in x 2-in 11-gauge steel, powder-coated black, with a weight capacity of 250 lb. The bench features 2 UHMW lined j-hooks to protect the barbell while racking and rubber feet to protect floors and provide a stable base. The 2-in thick armrest measure at 24-inches wide by 14-inches tall. Providing plenty of room while performing curls.
